03 / Org-wide rollout

Deploying to 100+ seats?

Volume pricing, dedicated success engineering, and procurement-friendly contracts kick in once a pilot has proved out and you’re ready to roll the program org-wide.

04 / Frequently asked

Can I really start with one seat?

Yes. Most engagements begin with a single seat or a small team to prove value before any procurement conversation. There’s no minimum seat count and no annual commitment to begin.

What’s actually in Concierge?

A dedicated enablement partner who runs your rollout — kickoff workshop, manager training, monthly reviews with your leadership, and exec-readable reports. Plus custom curriculum tuning to your stack.

How does the rollout work in practice?

Assess → Pilot → Expand → Operate. The assessment establishes a baseline. The pilot runs with one to ten seats. Expand to a department or function once you’ve seen the lift. Operate keeps the program durable with quarterly recalibration.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual saves roughly two months versus monthly. We default to monthly to keep pilots low-friction; you can convert to annual at any point.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial. The assessment is the free entry point — it produces a leadership-shareable baseline you can use to justify a pilot internally before any spend.

What about volume discounts?

Available at 100+ seats. We handle these in conversation rather than publishing a tiered table — every mid-market rollout looks different.
